We’re Carla & Paul––two Bay Area natives pouring our souls and salaries into restoring our beloved 1963 Eichler in Concord, California. We bought this house in 2017 and have been DIY-ing, restoring and reimagining ever since. We subscribe to minimizing waste / sustainable living, we’re very stubborn / indecisive, and probably won’t get to fixing the whole house ‘til it’s paid off in 2047.
